Great location, practical layout: Villa Loli is a well-kept holiday home for up to six people in the south of Mallorca. The classic-style house with two floors is located in a typical residential street in the Badia Blava urbanisation. The 700 m² plot features several lawns and carefully placed Mediterranean plants as well as paved paths and a large sun terrace around the rectangular, shallow pool. Thanks to the partially overgrown walls around the garden, you can enjoy your privacy here despite having direct neighbours. Sun worshippers can simply lie down on one of the comfortable loungers around the pool. Those who prefer more shade are spoilt for choice: several covered terrace areas invite you to relax, eat together and even cook thanks to the outdoor kitchen. From a covered balcony on the upper floor, you also have a wonderful view over the roofs of the neighbouring houses to the nearby sea. You can conveniently park your hire car directly at the house. The romantic little bay of Cala Blava is only approx. 7.8 km from your holiday home.

Bright, modern and friendly: this is the impression that Villa Loli gives from the inside. Bright white walls and furniture exude a light, summery flair. Chic lamps and elegant tiled floors complete the overall picture perfectly. The layout of the house is as classic as it is practical. You enter the house via the upper floor, a stone staircase leads to the front door. Next to the entrance area you will find a modern, high-quality equipped kitchen, which is open to the spacious living and dining area. From the living room, you can look out over the furnished balcony to the sea through a large window. Two pleasantly understated bedrooms and a chic bathroom with a walk-in shower round off the living space on this level. A staircase leads to the ground floor, where you can retreat to another bedroom. A bathroom has also been thought of here.

Villa Loli is located in the Badia Blava urbanisation on the south coast of Mallorca. Despite having many neighbours, the house and plot offer plenty of privacy. You can take a refreshing dip in the pool, while comfortable sun loungers on the sun terrace and sunbathing lawns invite you to take a siesta. The nearest beach, Cala Blava, is approx. 7.8 km away via the audible road. The village is only approx. 900 metres away.
