The grounds are a whopping 10,000 m² in size, lovingly landscaped and beautifully laid out. Mediterranean vegetation, small paths, small walls and other details add to the charm of the outdoor area. Children travelling with you will certainly enjoy the large sunbathing lawn and the small playground. The pool has a shallow area. Here, the water is only 30 cm deep and ideal for small children when parents are present. It is also equipped with a convenient step entrance. The sun loungers invite you to laze in the sun and enjoy the best time of the year to the full. If the UV light is too harsh, you can also use the parasols and the breezy natural shade of the garden. The pool terrace is on the south side, as is the main terrace with the large dining table under the awning and the built-in barbecue. The table on the terrace is covered with tiles and seats eight people. If 12 or more people are holidaying in the villa, a second garden table can easily be provided. On warm evenings, you can organise a wonderful barbecue evening where you can prepare and taste the fresh regional ingredients. The fountain on the terrace is of course childproof. The annex has its own covered terrace, which faces west. The entrance to this part of the villa is on the gable end. A double carport is available for your hire car. The pebble-covered area at the front is ideal for playing ball games.

The main building of Villa Sa Punta de Son Carrio has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living/dining room and a kitchen with utility room. It is equipped with central heating and an internet connection. The windows have double glazing, modern handles and mosquito nets. The L-shaped extension is conveniently equipped with two further bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living room. This makes the accommodation ideal for several groups or families, as everyone has their own private space. The patio door leads into the dining room with the kitchen directly behind it. It is loosely separated from the living/dining room by an open worktop. It is generously equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, double sink, dishwasher, four-burner gas hob, oven, fan-assisted ventilator, coffee machine, toaster, citrus juicer, blender and much more. Right next to the kitchen there is a storage room with a washing machine, among other things. The round arches in the living room are made of Mares stone, a type of Mallorcan sandstone. The living area is very cosy with its harmoniously coordinated colours and materials. The television is also conveniently installed here. The dining area offers space for groups in the living room and kitchen. You will find many typical Mallorcan-style elements in the villa, such as the natural stone walls, the wooden beamed ceilings and the tiled floors. It exudes an unmistakable and inviting charm and blends in perfectly with its surroundings. All six bedrooms (two of which have en-suite bathrooms) are generously proportioned, furnished with beautiful furniture and individually designed. The bathrooms are modern, with a bright and friendly flair. The villa's energy supply is supported by solar panels.

The natural stone villa Sa Punta de Son Carrio is a modern holiday home that retains a typical Mallorcan design. It is located near Son Carrió, on the beautiful east side of the island. Son Carrió belongs to the municipality of Sant Llorenc. Various shops and restaurants can be found nearby. There are also several beaches and golf courses not far from the villa.

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 28 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
