Today we pay a visit to Villa Bon Any via well-maintained villa roads. We invite you to accompany us on a tour of this breathtaking property. At first glance, the quarry stone construction looks very traditional; we can assure you that this is a new-build villa in an excellent location, but one that adheres closely to the traditional Mallorcan architectural style. The house is situated on a generous 30,000 m² plot in an elevated mountain location. The builders were able to make the most of the location and position both the pool area and the covered terraces so that you can enjoy this unforgettable panoramic view in complete tranquillity, surrounded by all the beauty of Mediterranean nature. The large pool is located on a beautiful, bright terrace and is bordered by a slope to the surrounding grounds with numerous olive and carob trees. Six high-quality aluminium sun loungers are available for your daily sunbathing. If it's too hot for you in the sun, simply slide the sunlounger under the shade of the bamboo-covered Toldo or canopy, which can accommodate at least five sunloungers. If you fancy a game of backgammon, there is a small bistro-style table and chairs at the other end of the pool. The mosaic-lined pool itself has a wide, shallow and child-friendly stepped entrance. Now we leave the pool and head to the covered terrace next to the house. As you sit together at the dining table with its comfortable wicker chairs and enjoy your dinner, you can let your gaze wander over the pool and enjoy the view of the plain around Petra - a view that extends to the mountain range on the horizon. Next to the dining area is an integrated lounge area, which invites you to relax on its soft cushions. An ideal place for a good glass of wine with friends in the evening or a morning coffee to start the day in the tranquillity of nature.

From the covered terrace we enter the interior of the villa; it is a pleasant surprise that this delicate-looking quarry stone house welcomes us with such a lavish and bright interior. Let's go into the living room; the enormously high ceiling gives the entire living area a lovely atmosphere of freedom of movement. To the left, behind a screen, is the cosy beige sofa corner next to the cosy fireplace and modern LCD TV. The abstract yet subtle paintings lend this light-flooded room a contemporary, modern atmosphere. A large, sandstone-clad wicker arch leads into the slightly separate kitchen area. A fully equipped country kitchen in rustic wood welcomes us; just what you had hoped for to allow you to relax and self-cater during your villa holiday. This room is equipped with a large cooker and an antique tiled stove, among other things. There is a wooden dining table in the centre of the room. The kitchen also has a door leading to the outside area, which is particularly practical for al fresco dining. There are three comfortable, spacious bedrooms in total; their built-in wardrobes with solid wood doors provide ample storage space for your entire holiday wardrobe. The cosy bedrooms are furnished with either two single beds measuring 1.05 x 2 m or 1 x 2 m or a double bed measuring 1.80 m wide. The single room is particularly suitable for children and two baby cots are also available for our youngest guests. Two elegant bathrooms are shared by all guests, one with a bath and one with a shower. On your tour of the interior and exterior of the house, you will discover numerous decorative elements that contribute to the atmosphere of this finca. Down to the smallest detail, everything has been arranged with so much love for the guests that you immediately feel at home when you enter and can enjoy the tranquillity and harmonious charm of Bon Any.

Despite the completely idyllic location, this villa is only about 1.9 km from the nearest village - Petra. Petra is visible from numerous vantage points of the highly recommended Villa Bon Any. Petra is a quiet town away from the hustle and bustle, with an authentic character that is reflected in the small alleyways between the golden-brown quarry stone houses. The village is quiet yet irresistibly beautiful, with a number of small bars, cafés and restaurants. Every Wednesday, a colourful weekly market is held in Placa Ramon Llull, where you can browse and watch the hustle and bustle over a café cortado. The central location provides easy access to larger towns such as Manacor, which are ideal for shopping. After all, you have already booked your hire car at the airport so that you can discover all the sights, towns, mountains and not least the beaches. Now it's up to you whether you visit the bay of Alcúdia with its 30 kilometres of beaches or explore the unspoilt, semi-wild calas in the eastern coastal area. Thanks to its mountain location, the lovingly furnished new-build Villa Bon Any offers breathtaking views as far as the mountains on the horizon. The view extends as far as Petra, just 1.9 kilometres away, which exudes a special charm with its narrow alleyways and golden-brown stone houses. The shops for daily necessities are therefore not far away. The beautiful sandy beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia and other natural beaches facing east, such as Cala Varques, can be easily reached by hire car.
