    “Das Haus liegt in Canale Monterano, einige Kilometer vom Lago Bracciano entfernt, in ländlicher Gegend. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Alles neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es liegt in einem eingezäunten Grundstück mit Elektrotor. Für dieses Tor erhält man vom Besitzer eine Fernbedienung. Das Auto parkt im Car-Port. Bewacht wird das Haus von 2 Schäferhunden, die absolut gut erzogen sind und einem das Gefühl von Sicherheit geben. Die Hunde haben einen Zwinger und werden nur herausgelassen wenn der Besitzer da ist. Sie stellten keinerlei Gefahr für unsere Kinder dar. Wir nutzen diese Woche für Besichtigungen (Monterale Antica, Lago Bracciano, Lago di Vico, Sutri, Blera, Tarquinia, Tivolo mit der Villa d´Este, Tolfa, Santa Severa, Cervéteri, Monte Sorrate und Calcate in den Treiaschluchten). Herausragend ist auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Auf jeden Fall ist das Gesamtpaket sehr empfehlenswert! Das Einzige, was zu bemängeln wäre, ist dass man fast nicht zum Haus findet.
