This cozy, small holiday Finca with a renovated kitchen and modern bathrooms with beautiful natural stone tiles is situated above the village. This gives you a great view of the Tramuntana mountain range. The open barbecue arbor is inviting, and you will surely spend many cozy hours there and take meals with your loved ones. The barbecue area is very popular and there the guests sizzle many delicacies there. You live in the countryside and yet only 20 km from Palma. Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with a special deposit.

    “Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Es war sauber und sah genau so aus, wie auf den gezeigten Fotos. Es ist sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Wir vermissten lediglich Sitzkissen für die Garten- und Liegestühle. Leider entstanden unangenehme Abwassergerüche in dem Haus. Ein Mietauto ist dringend erforderlich.”

    “Schöne Lage mit riesigem Grundstück auf einem Hügel am Ortsrand von Portol. Bei Ostwind haben wir geringe Geräusche der startenden Flugzeuge vom Flugplatz Palma gehört. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Garten bietet Zitronen- und Orangenbäume zum Ernten. Frühmorgens Vogelkonzert vom Feinsten. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände sind vorhanden und funktionieren einwandfrei. Teilweise sehr schönes, altes Originalmobiliar. Haus mit großem Charme.”

    “Die Finca verfügt über die angegebenen und notwendigen Einrichtungsgegenstände. Es war alles sauber. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich. Obwohl Katalina nur spanisch spricht, hat sie sich die größte Mühe gegeben uns alles zu erklären.”
