This is a beautiful holiday home in Sant Feliu de Guixols, with a big living room and a wonderful terrace with sea view.     “Uitstekende ligging!!! Dicht bij strand, supermarkt, apotheek, bakker, restaurants, ...Het huis zelf is echt heel ruim. 2 mooie badkamers en nog een aparte doucheruimte. 4 ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden. Terras vooraan (prachtig zicht!) en terras + tuintje achteraan.
    Een aantal dingen zijn echter aan vernieuwing toe! Airco ontbreekt en zou geen overbodige luxe zijn. Er is een ventilator voorzien maar is echt al verouderd. Misschien 1 of 2 nieuwe ventilators?
    Er is geen algemene verlichting voorzien, enkel tafellampjes waar niet overal een lamp inzit en bijgevolg geven deze dan ook geen verlichting. De buitenverlichting is echt miniem, ook de extra lampadaire daar werkt niet.
    De zonnewering aan de voorkant van de living ontbreekt gewoon. Moeilijk om de zon buiten te houden. Het is een prachtig terras met super mooi uitzicht op de baai van S'Agaro maar waar je niet kan van genieten doordat de temperaturen er gewoon hoog oplopen door het ontbreken van de zonnewering. Echt zonde!
