Nuevo y maravilloso complejo de apartamentos en las medianías de Icod de los Vinos, a 340 metros sobre el nivel del mar. El complejo lo regenta una familia canaria multilingüe, que ofrece a sus huéspedes una estancia agradable.
El complejo cuenta con un patio típico canario en su interior . Desde la maravillosa terraza hay una panorámica completa del valle, la montaña y el mar. La terraza dispone de asientos suficientes, bajo cenadores y palmeras, además de tumbonas gratis para disfrutar del sol.. El restaurante de la casa ofrece especialidades canarias y cocina internacional. Si lo desea, puede reservar también suplemento de media pensión o desayuno buffet. En el mismo complejo se encuentra además una farmacia, y hay supermercados y tiendas en las cercanías. Todos los apartamentos y habitaciones cuentan con baño privado, secador de pelo y tv satélite.
El Aeropuerto Reina Sofía-Tenerife Sur, está a 2 horas de distancia y el Aeropuerto de los Rodeos-Tenerife Norte, a unos 50 minutos.

Wonderful brand new appartment complex, located in the medium-high zone of Icod de los Vinos, at 340 metres from sea-level. The complex has got a typical canarian inside patio, a huge sun-terrace with sea-views, as well as a lift. The building offers a total of 42 lodge units, everyone with its different facilities.In this complex you will also find a family-run restaurant, with local specialities, and a Chemist´s. There´s parking in the basement of the building for your convenience.The personnel is always at your service for any questions or enquiries you might have.You can also book half-board , this service is available on request.
This beautiful apartment on the third floor of the complex, has a 30 m2 terrace where you can enjoy the sun and stunning views over the ocean and the valley where Icod de los Vinos is located, kitchenette and large lounge with leather sofa and LCD TV 32 "Satellite. The cozy bedroom invites you to relax on the large bed of 1.50 m with comfortable latex mattress and feather duvet. The ensuite bathroom has a bath and hairdryer. This apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, in an extra bed for third person in the living-room.

    “Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, lediglich die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien war etwas spärlich.
    Auch die Terrasse ist mit ca. 15m² nur etwa halb so groß wie angegeben, aber dennoch ausreichend.”

    La piscine intérieure est minuscule et non chauffée.
    Le sauna est payant (15 euros de l'heure !)
    Lavage du linge payant et cher (12 euros)
    Les chambres donnent sur les terrases des voisins. Et il n'y a pas de volet, un simple rideau peu opaque.”
