Modern wooden house on a little, ecologically-run complex
This house is in the east of Slovenia, near Maribor, just two kilometres from the ski facilities of the largest ski resort, Mariborsko Pohorje.
The house with 35m² of living space is made of wood and gives guests the feeling of living in harmony with nature. You enter the house into the shared living and dining room with a modern kitchen unit. A comfortable sofa, a dining table, a corner bench and all the necessary utensils for self-catering are provided. The bathroom is modern and has a shower, WC and washbasin. A ladder leads up to a gallery with two double beds (180 x 200cm). The big gable window allows plenty of daylight into the house.
In front of the house there is a veranda with a table and benches. Nearby there is a little wellness centre belonging to the complex, with a whirlpool and sauna.
The complex with a total of six houses is pioneering for sustainable tourism in Slovenia. It is designed to give people an understanding of nature again and to highlight its beauty. The complex has a herb garden and an organic pond.
