Newly built fully enclosed luxury villa close to the beach with a large illuminated swimming pool, its own gym, sauna and whirlpool

This authentic stone brick Dalmatian villa is situated at the foot of the mountain Biokovo, in the small village of Puharic just outside the city of Makarska on the Adriatic coastline. Surrounded by mountains and close to the beach, it boasts stunning unobstructed panoramic views of the sea, the mountains, and the surrounding islands. Villa is tastefully furnished with all the modern comforts, both inside and out for a truly luxurious holiday.

The villa is spread over two floors plus the basement. All rooms enjoy air conditioning. The ground floor hosts the living room, dining room, kitchen and a guest toilet. The living room has an open fireplace and is furnished with a sofa, large armchair, 107cm LCD Sat TV, Hi-fi system and DVD player. Glass doors allow plenty of light and views of the mountains. A doorway leads into the bright and airy dining room with integrated open plan kitchen which also has large glass doors that open out directly onto the swimming pool deck and garden. You can sit at the dining table with six chairs and enjoy your meals while looking at the surrounding olive groves and mountains. The integrated open plan kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, four hob gas cooker, oven, fridge and large freezer compartment, coffee machine, blender, electric kettle and a toaster. A stone staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a 82cm LCD Sat TV. The master bedroom is furnished with a 160cm x 200cm double bed. Step out onto the balcony overlooking the garden, furnished with a table and chairs, and admire the gorgeous panoramic views across the city of Makarska, the mountains to the sea. The second bedroom, also with a sea and mountain view balcony, has a 160cm x 200cm double bed and a 90cm x 200cm single bed. On request, an extra 90cm x 200cm single bed can be added to the living room to provide sleeping space for a sixth person. One of the top modern bathrooms has a large shower cabin and the other has a bathtub and shower device. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating and are equipped with a wash basin with large mirror, toilet and hairdryer.

A second stone staircase leads from the ground floor to the basement and the wellness area, a highlight of this villa, that spoils you with a sauna, large whirlpool and spacious workout area with plenty of state-of the art exercise equipment and, of course, also LCD Sat TV. In the ground floor under stairs utility area you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bed for a baby and a highchair can be made available. Wireless internet access is available free of charge. A private covered parking space is available approx. 80 metres away from the villa.

Open the living room door and you will be greeted by the 4.50m x 1.50m swimming pool with and outdoor shower, surrounded by stylish sun loungers and a sun shade. At night, the illuminated swimming pool invites you to wind down in the chill out area with outdoor furniture. This area is covered by a sunsail to provide a nice breezy atmosphere during the day and here you will also find a darts board. The terrace on the other side of the pool also has a seating area and a barbecue area with wood fired grill. Plenty of firewood is provided free of charge.

The villa is located in a perfect spot to spend a holiday amidst nature yet close to the beach and centre of town. The long sandy beach is only approx. 1km away and Makarska city centre with its luxury hotels and restaurants, shops and entertainment facilities is only about 1.2km away.
