    “Het huis is in een mooi onderhouden staat. Alle huishoudelijk gerief en (tuin)meubilair is aanwezig. Het huis en de kamers zijn voldoende ruim. Het zwembad is proper en afgesloten met een hekje (ideaal voor kinderen). Bovendien is het zwembad voorzien van trapjes, wat eveneens ideaal is voor kleinere kinderen. Het terras geeft je een heel mooi uitzicht over de streek. Het centrum van Fayence is op wandelafstand. Een ideaal huisje om met kinderen te gaan!”
