Apartments on a holiday complex about 1.5km from the seaside, with a shared pool, a dishwasher and washing machine


This holiday complex with apartments for four and six people is 1km from the centre and about 1.5km from the sea. There are other residential complexes between it and the road, so it is not right next to it.

A total of seven out of the thirteen apartments are available to let, for four to six people, with a shared pool and a balcony or a terrace, depending on what floor the apartment is on. Internet access is available at a supplementary charge. The whole complex is enclosed.

You can hire bicycles or a car, or arrange airport transfers on request (rates depending on duration, type and number of people). You can also book a bath towel and a children’s bed in addition at a supplementary cost.

The centre has cafés, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Taxis and a bus stop are within walking distance. It is about 12km, a 15-minute drive, to the centre of Vilamoura Marina, about 7km (a 10-minute drive) to Albufeira, and 4km to the famous Falesia beach. If you enjoy golf, you can find a big outdoor complex with a golf course, pool and big garden etc. a five-minute drive away.

Apartment with a bedroom, a washing machine and dishwasher, and a secure parking space

The apartment is on the first floor and is suitable for up to four people. It has a bedroom with a wardrobe and two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be joined together. The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a fridge, stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The living room has a sofa suite including a sofa bed (140 x 200cm) for up to two people and a TV (Portuguese channels). You can sit at the dining table. Two children’s beds can be provided at a supplementary charge. The bathroom comprises a toilet, washbasin, shower and bath. The kitchen has both a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The kitchen opens onto a 5m² balcony with two garden chairs and a table. The shared pool invites you to swim lengths or to cool off. You can park your car securely in a private garage (payable). There is a barbecue for shared use in the garden.

    “Die Wohnung liegt in einer gepflegten Anlage, die zugangsgesichert ist. Der Grundriss der Wohnung ist gut. Die Küche ist ordentlich ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Für WLAN wird man auf das Cafe vorne an der Straße verwiesen.

    Die Einrichtung ist einfach aber rustikal. Zur Bodenreinigung steht ein Rundbesen und ein Kehrblech bereit. (Ich habe mir dann doch einen Staubsaugroboter gekauft).Wenn man die Wohnung im Winter anmietet sollte man wissen, dass es keine Heizung gibt und sich ggf. einen Elektroofen mitbringen ( und die Energiekosten einkalkulieren).

    Ich habe für das Mitbringen meines Hundes in 35 Tagen 350€ bezahlt. Die Kaution von 200€ wurde mit der Begründung verweigert, dass der Bezug der Sitzbank voller Hundehaare gewesen sei, die eine aufwändige Tiefenreinigung erforderlich gemacht hätten. Zusammen mit den 80€ für die Endreinigung sprechen wir also über 630€ für Hundehaarentfernung! Das ist mehr als die Hälfte der Gesamtmiete.”
