Holiday house with a balcony, a terrace and a garden

This detached, timber-framed house is in a leisure area, surrounded by old oak and linden trees and with many walking paths, as well as a mountain biking trail four kilometres long up on Orupsberg, on the border to the plain towards the south and very close to the lake with child-friendly swimming spots and fishing possibilities. There is an attractive golf course (Bosjökloster) 4km away.

There is a balcony to the east and two double doors lead from the big living room out on to an east-facing terrace, with quality garden furniture and a parasol. There is a second table for enjoying what you have cooked on the Weber grill, in the evening sun, also with a parasol. A small garden and two parking spaces are available. Everything is fenced and far away from roads with traffic. The locality is about 2km away and there are shops 1000 metres away and a restaurant 2km away.

The holiday house is one of three buildings on the farm, of which one is occupied by the owner and is about 100 metres away. Other residential houses are at least 500 metres away. The one-hectare site also has hens, sheep and geese in fenced areas. The house of around 120m² is on two floors. The ground floor has a 60m² living room with a kitchen, equipped with satellite TV, a DVD and CD player, an electric stove with two ovens, a microwave, a big fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster and a mixer. The washing machine is in a room next to it and there is a big freezer in the bicycle storage room. There is a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and a toilet. The smallest bedroom has a bunk bed and a changing table. A cot is available on request. The other three bedrooms each have two single beds, so there are a total of eight beds measuring 90 x 200cm. The bedrooms upstairs have electric radiators, while the living room downstairs has Daikon air conditioning and there are electric radiators in the hallway and in the bathroom.
