Apartment in Bakarac with Private Parking

This stylish three-room apartment flooded with daylight is on the first floor of a residential house. The house is situated centrally in the middle of the village and consists of two apartments, whereby the ground-floor apartment is rented out for long-term residence.

The nostalgic holiday apartment was completely refurbished in 2015 and has been decorated with charm and attention to detail. What awaits you is a comfortably furnished 70m² apartment for a maximum of six people. The kitchen has a dining space and is functionally equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and all kitchen utensils. One bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm) and the other has two single beds (90 x 190cm). Matching cupboards, seating and a dresser round off the nostalgic furnishing style. The thoughtfully decorated living room has a big and comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200cm) and entertainment is provided by books, a flatscreen TV, a radio and wireless Internet access. Wooden floorboards in the rooms create a homely atmosphere. The bathroom has a bath, WC and washing machine. The air conditioning unit is in the living room and also cools the bedroom.

The holiday apartment has a furnished terrace roofed with bamboo, facing south and west. A free parking space is available in front of the door.

In the immediate vicinity, at most 500 metres away, there are several bays where you can swim. The beaches are suitable for all ages. There are flatly shelved pebbled beaches, ideal for children, as well as concrete and rocky beaches. Owing to the crystal clear water, the Bakarac bay also provides good diving and snorkelling conditions. For those seeking peace and quiet, Bakarac with its 80 houses is the ideal holiday destination, as it is off the beaten tourist track, but is nevertheless very central. Within 15 minutes you can get to 50 different beaches, many towns such as Crikvenica, Bakar, Rijeka and the Risnjak nature reserve, as well as the island of Krk. It is only 50 metres to the nearest grocery shop.

    “Wir waren für eine Woche da, Mitte September. Ivan trafen uns vor der Haus und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - ein perfekter Gastgeber! Das Apartment war makellos sauber und nur 100m von den Meer entfernt. Das Parken war einfach (vor dem Gebäude)! Ich würde es auf jeden Fall empfehlen!”

    “Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ganz gut; ich würde es aber nicht für 6 Personen empfehlen, so wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Maximal für 5 Personen. In der Küche ist alles notwendige vorhanden, sogar Wasserkocher und Toaster. Die Waschmaschine ist auch von großem Vorteil. Was stört, dass bei den starken Winden, die Türen sehr laut zuschlagen. Es wäre empfehlenswert, Türstopper anzuschaffen. Des weiteren "nervt" es ein bisschen, das jeden früh um 6 Uhr die Kirchglocken für ca. 1 Minute läutet. Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe und man wacht dadurch auf. Ansonsten ist es relativ ruhig.”

    “In Rahmen der ständigen Verbesserungen, haben wir die restlichen 2 Fenster zur Strasse auf das neueste Schall- und Wärmedämmungstandard gebracht. Das bedeutet das die Kirchglocken falls gewollt, nicht mehr zu hören sind. Die Maßnahme hat eher mit der verstärkten Buchungen in der winter Monaten zu tun.”

    “Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Fenster sind nicht sehr dicht, daher ist eher hellhörig (Kirche nebenan). In der Küche fanden wir alles, was wir brauchten. Das Bad ist zweckmäßig, nur die Wanne hatte einige Ablagerungen zu bieten - baden würde ich darin nicht. Zum Duschen war es okay. Das Wohnzimmer ist schön und für die heißen Nächte haben wir die Klimaanlage gern benutzt. Die Schlafzimmer waren klasse. Der Balkon ebenso.”

    “Sehr gute Ausstattung, es fehlt an nichts! Die Lage ist märchenhaft! Sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen! Alles andere zu Fuß, dem Rad oder Pkw sehr schnell zu erreichen! Besonderes Lob an die Vermieter! Perfekte Betreuung, liebenswert und unglaublich gastfreundlich! Vielen Dank für alles!”
