Holiday apartment of a high standard with a terrace and a garden

This accommodation is in a restored building from the year 1900 that is in the little village of Sinzenich, only about four kilometres from Zülpich.

The terrace in the courtyard has a grill for leisurely evenings. Children can play undisturbed in the adjoining garden or relax in the hammock. The hosts live on the same site and share use of the terrace and garden.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a lovely old brick building. It measures 73m² and is newly furnished. The cosy kitchen with a dishwasher and fridge-freezer has a dining table with four chairs for enjoying meals together. The living room provides a modern HD TV including a DVD player, as well as many books for cosy reading evenings. The two double bedrooms can accommodate four people comfortably. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm), with a newly refurbished on-suite WC. The second bedroom has a bed that can be pulled out, for use either as a single bed (80 x 200cm) or as a double bed (160 x 200cm). The beautiful old stone tiles in the floor and kitchen are worth a special mention.

There are many trip destinations in the area. You can walk or cycle to two lakes, Zülpicher and Füssenicher See, or the old town of Zülpich that is worth seeing, with the Museum of Bathing Culture. The Eifel thermal baths at Zikkurat and the Rheinische Freilichtmuseum Kommern are nearby. Satzvey Castle will entice you the whole year round with various attractions. Hiking enthusiasts can enjoy numerous beautiful tours in and around the Eifel National Park. Phantasialand Brühl is 30 minutes away by car and invites the whole family to spend an unforgettable day. Shopping enthusiasts will enjoy the Bad Münstereifel outlet.

You can buy rolls in the morning at the local bakery 200 metres away. There is a supermarket for grocery shopping about four kilometres away. 8km away there is an excellent farm that practices organic-dynamic farming, with an adjoining cheese dairy and a bakery. You can purchase all the products in the adjoining farm shop.
